The Foundation carries out development projects for Stepanavan and neighboring communities, creating new infrastructure, resources, and opportunities.

The purpose of fundraising is to cover the administrative costs of the InStepanavan Development Fund and increase the positive impact through fundraising.

We create educational, work and entertainment opportunities for the youth of Stepanavan and neighboring communities.

Youth Center, new community park, capacity building in high-demand professional areas; constant support, organization and provision of humanitarian assistance to people who have resettled and are moving into the community, including forcibly displaced people from Artsakh. These are some of our current projects.

Our dream library, which is in the process of becoming a reality.

What has been done so far

• We are opening one of a kind innovative youth center in Stepanavan.
• We organized free programming courses for the youth of Stepanavan and neighboring villages.
• We equipped the Stepanavan public library with computers and missing furniture.

• We acted as intermediaries in the opening of Tumo Box in Stepanavan.
• We helped Russian refugees move to Stepanavan and neighboring communities. 
• We have provided and continue to provide humanitarian and information assistance to our compatriots forcibly displaced from Artsakh..
• We organized an exhibition of works by creative youth of Stepanavan in the house-museum of Stepan Shaumyan.

• We organized film screenings and a comics club.
• We have implemented career guidance activities.
• We held a series of StepLibCamp in the Stepanavan library.

• We support the creation of documentary films.
