Zleenk is an educational app for 13-18 years old Armenian teenagers. The app provides an opportunity to get high-quality knowledge on modern and important topics which are not included in the school curriculum. In the app, teens interested in both arts and crafts, and in technical subjects like programming or science can find suitable educational content. When signing up, teens choose interests, based on which we suggest educational content: courses, contests, meetups, etc.

First of all, the app is a tool to discover hundreds of professions, it guides and helps teens to find their own path and leads them to self discovery. Then, it provides the necessary knowledge, motivation and highly valued soft skills to become a successful professional.This section consists of two parts, the first part is dedicated to professional orientation. Here, various professionals present all aspects of their professions: challenges, opportunities, daily routine, roadmap to becoming a professional, etc. 

In the next part users watch video courses and develop skills around various topics. Here they can watch recorded lessons on business, floristics, journalism, blockchain, programming and on many other topics.By joining online meetups teens learn from the best professionals in their respective field. The meetup is interactive, teens can ask questions and interact with the speaker.Below are examples of organizations where our speakers work.By cooperating with various organizations, we take tasks and design them as contests in this section to discover and encourage talented teens. 

Here Mandarin startup's logo was created by Svetlana from Geghashen.The forums connect teens with the same interests and give an opportunity to share knowledge and make friends with each other.Depending on the activity level of users, Zleenk points are given. If they watch a certain number of lessons, they also get badges. The profile shows what skills the users have developed and how much time they have invested in their self-education.We started operating in July 2021 when we launched MVP to test our idea, to analyze what needs and interests teenagers from our target market have. As the app was technically restricting because of using already existing templates, we tested it on 1500 teens from school as a pilot program. During this period we've organized live meetups, competitions, camps, and we have created video lessons for the past-MVP app. Until being financially sustainable, we are organizing this fundraising in order to create new video lessons and courses covering broader topics and to expand our video library. In scope of this fundraising the following topics will be created:

Zleenk is a tool for founders to create and develop interest in their respective companies. It is also the possibility to educate their future employees and users. As companies have their own pages in the app, and can post information about their own courses, internship offers, events, they thus pay monthly subscription fees. Revenues are also generated from educational ads.

In the upcoming month, the second version of the app will be released. It will include all the envisioned features: forums, feed, events, etc.  Zleenk is open for teens from Diaspora as well. They can sign up, discover Armenian culture, learn Armenian, and make friends with teens from all over Armenia. We envision that from 2023 the app will unite Armenian teenagers from all over the world. In the future, we plan also to expand to other developing countries by selling franchises. We believe that, especially in developing countries, teens struggle to discover and develop their talents because of the demotivating environment and lack of possibilities. Therefore, we imagine Zleenk to be a tool for teenagers to rediscover themselves, to be motivated and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
