Thanks to your support, the first camp of the second cohort of the MEM Leadership Academy was successfully held from March 1-7 in the Tumanyan community of Lori region.  

The camp’s agenda included seminars on the following topics:  

✅ The Role of a Leader in a Team  

✅ Team Building  

✅ Communication Skills  

✅ Who is an Armenian? Armenian Identity  

✅ Emotional Intelligence  

✅ Psychological First Aid in Emergency Situations  

✅ The Importance of Values in Leadership  

✅ From Value Systems to Responsible Consumption: The Power of Education  

✅ The Human's Second Brain  

✅ Game Theory  

✅ Youth Initiative for Community Development  

During the camp, academy participants engaged in English-speaking clubs, exchanged experiences with German volunteers, and learned the technique of working with felt.  

🤫 A significant part of the program also included team projects, interactive discussions, and traditional Armenian songs and dances, which reinforced the knowledge and skills acquired by the participants.  

The MEM Leadership Academy continues to shape the leaders of the future. We sincerely appreciate your contribution to this mission. 💚 

‼️ Attention

Considering the prevailing weather conditions and following discussions with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it has been decided to postpone the winter camp by one week in order to mitigate potential risks.

✅ We are also pleased to inform you that the fundraising campaign has concluded with a total amount of 600,000 AMD, and we are in the process of readjusting the camp’s implementation plan accordingly.
