Mission

Our goal is to restore mobility to people with disability and improve their quality of life.

In the 21st century, disability and the loss of upper limbs are not the final verdicts. Through using the latest technologies and working with experienced specialists, it is possible to significantly better their lives and help them reintegrate into society.

More than 400 people with upper limb amputations live in Armenia today.

The previously available prostheses in Armenia, which were imported from abroad, were quite primitive and lacked functionality. Other foreign competitors with increased functionality were very expensive, difficult to manage, and problematic to provide technical maintenance.

Together we can solve this problem by developing our own production in Armenia.

Utilizing the latest technology and engineering solutions, we give a second chance to all those who have lost their upper limbs.

Prostheses manufactured by ArmBionics eliminate physical limitations and restore mobility and functionality of the upper limb. Our goal is to revolutionize the field and provide beneficiaries with comprehensive solutions that include physical and psychosocial rehabilitation therapies and prosthetics. One of this campaign's goals is to promote high-tech manufacturing in Armenia. Production that will not only be competitive in the world market but also satisfy the demand in the region.

What solution do we offer?

ArmBionics prostheses are created with the label "Made in Armenia". This is one of the rare cases when Armenian products are qualitatively superior to their international counterparts: they are lighter, durable, and functional, and create a real alternative for disabled people. Technical support can be provided and regulated on-site by Armenian specialists. With ArmBionics, the amputee will not only be able to return to the previous rhythm of life, but will also have the opportunity to play sports, lead a physically active life, and more.

Our goal is to protect the interests of people with upper limb amputations and provide affordable conditions and opportunities not only in Armenia but also beyond its borders through advanced research and technology.

ArmBionics uses the latest 3D printing technologies to create high-quality and affordable products.

In contrast to international competitors, we focus on human-machine interaction to improve the users’ experience by making the products more intuitive to use.

Our Beneficiaries

Our beneficiaries are below-elbow amputees from all over Armenia.

The project will provide upper limb prostheses, designed to add to their quality of life and help them get reintegrated into society.

The selection of project beneficiaries will be made according to the relevant applications. The first 15 recipients will be chosen based on the assessment of their needs and taking into account the effect our prostheses will have on their lives, psychological state, and restoring their mobility and ability to work.
