The letter received from the University of Geneva on February 22, 2024,once again proved that you should not stop dreaming. You should take bold steps and fight for your dreams. One of the world's top 50 universities and a leader in management studies sent me a letter congratulating me on being accepted into a 1-year master's program. I was accepted with the highest scholarship for living, leaving thousands of European and non-European students behind me who were also fighting for that scholarship. This is a unique opportunity for the young people of the world and especially for me, because I often told people around me in Lori that the time will come when I will study in one of the best universities in the world. And now the time has come for one of the next steps to change the course of my life and that of many others.

Then I read the documents and saw that along with this happy news, I have a big challenge related to the university fees. I received a scholarship (20,000 francs) for my stay, but I have to pay the university fee, which is 25,000 (francs), by April 15th. Since childhood, I reamed of becoming a good diplomat and manager. This belief was strengthened during the years of serving on the front lines of Artsakh (2013-2015), when we lost many comrades-in-arms during military operations.

During my service, I was able to organize and manage the work of some army units well, as a result of which we achieved strategic successes in different areas of the front line. For the above and good service, I was recognized as "The best soldier of the Armed Forces of Artsakh" and awarded with a medal, and my parents with a special letter of thanks from the minister. During the 44-day war of 2020 and the military operations in the south of Armenia in September 2022, I was also actively involved in a number of works aimed at protecting the country and strengthening the rear.

After the army, I started my studies at Yerevan State University. In 2019 and 2021, I received a bachelor's and master's degree in diplomacy, graduating from the university with excellent progress. Since 2022, I am a PhD student at YSU political science department.

At the university, seeing that many students who study well and from socially disadvantaged families have a problem with tuition fees, I initiated the socio-educational initiative "A thousand drams for a student", within the framework of which I collected tuition fees for many students who study well but have a problem with tuition fees. Although I also had a problem with tuition fees, I was able to pay my tuition fees with the support of foundations through night and other works.In the last 4 years, as part of the community development program, together with my disabled friend, we have opened a gym in Gavar for people with disabilities and those interested in sports. We were able to open the gym with various fundraisers, thanks to the support of individuals and organizations. We have started a similar initiative in Verin Karmiraghbyur on the border, where we are trying to give more than 100 people with disabilities the opportunity to exercise and restore their health.I have been engaged in volunteering for more than 10 years, within the framework of which I have tried to be useful to society within the framework of various initiatives. Thanks to my active work, in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, I was recognized as the "Best Volunteer of the Year in Armenia" by Yerevan Municipality and various organizations.I also engage in scientific activities, write articles, teach in formal and informal platforms in different regions of Armenia, contributing to the development of education and the spread of the important idea of ​​sharing one's own experience with people.

Since 2015, thanks to the cooperation with various individuals and organizations, I have been able to be useful to many families of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in Armenia and Artsakh.I did not choose this profession and this master's program by chance.

I have been working in the Department of Foreign Relations of the National Assembly for more than two years and I am convinced that we need international experience, practical knowledge and good management tools in the field of public administration. In Geneva, I will also learn about crisis management mechanisms and their effective application, which is very much needed now. I will also make the knowledge acquired in Geneva a subject with separate modules and teach at universities, giving different students the opportunity to get acquainted with different international tools and the mechanisms by which the University of Geneva, which is considered the leader in the world with a government-like curriculum, is guided. With this, I will bring tangible changes in the public administration and social and scientific fields. This will also be a good example especially for the children and young people living in the region, how to fight, not to give up and conquer the world through education, being useful to our state as well.

It is necessary to pay 25,000 francs by April 15 because I asked the university for an additional period.
