Our Mission

To improve the quality of life of war participants through education and to ensure them a dignified and sustainable future in Armenia.

Make the most meaningful contribution to the life of a defender of our homeland and to our society, for education is essential, while the heroism of a war participant is priceless.

The foundation not only provides tuition funding but also takes steps to support the beneficiaries’ professional and personal development, organizing various events to encourage their social engagement.

Beneficiaries are expected to meet two main requirements through the year:

  • Maintain an above-average GPA.
  • Complete 120 hours of volunteer work annually, carrying the chain of kindness.

Become a Leader in Education and Make a Meaningful Contribution to the Life of a War Participant Today

The problem

In the 2025–2026 academic year, the 4090 Foundation is funding 102 beneficiary students—participants of the war—studying at various universities in Armenia, who, despite overcoming numerous physical and psychological challenges, continue to pursue their dreams and build the future of our homeland.

To cover the tuition fees for 15 brave beneficiaries for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, 3,415,500 AMD is needed.

This amount does not include any administrative expenses and will be transferred directly to the respective educational institutions.

Defenders of the Homeland — Builders of Our Future

Solution

The “4090 Charity” Foundation was established after the Third Artsakh War with the aim of providing educational opportunities to young people who participated in the 2016 and 2020 wars and the subsequent military operations, and who, despite various challenges, continue to pursue their dreams and become the builders of our homeland’s future.

Now, the foundation supports 102 beneficiary students studying at higher education institutions in Armenia. The foundation has no political, religious, or trade-union goals and is not affiliated with any political movement. To this day, it has been funded mainly by individual benefactors and socially responsible companies.

Our Story in Numbers:

So far, the Foundation has supported:

  • 172 beneficiaries
  • 69 graduates, most of whom are now established professionals
  • 60+ educational and cultural events organized for beneficiaries
  • 100,000+ hours of volunteer work completed
  • Currently, 102 beneficiaries

Through this campaign, you too can make a meaningful contribution to the lives of young war participants—helping them gain a solid education and, if you wish, become a mentor for these students.
