Every week 160 children with disabilities and special needs attend “Daycare and Development Center for Children with Disabilities, located in the city of Hrazdan, Kotayk region. Many of them come across different issues while travelling to the Center, such as locomotor disability, use wheelchair or walker.

Children with locomotor disabilities every minute come across different types of psychological and physical issues. Moreover, these issues appear when they need to travel somewhere.

 The organization wants to acquire a microbus customized for children with locomotor disabilities to make their transfer to the Center possible and comforable.

What impact can a project have?

 After acquiring the car, the children with locomotor disabilities will be able to travel freely and comfortably as well as take part in different events and excursions organized by the Center. So that all the children attending the Center will have equal opportunities.

This is an issue which we come across every day.

 Children with locomotor disabilities that attend the Center, every time coming to the Center or going back home from The Center, as well as when attending different event and excursions outside the Center come across very serious psychological and physical issues as well as feel discomfort and difficulties.

Moreover, the parents who accompany the children also have different issues. The children feel inequality. 

We see the solution of the issue this way:

 We want to acquire a car for the children with locomotor disabilities. The car will enable comfortable transfer of the children with locomotor disabilities to the Center and from the Center.

As well as during different event and excursions the children will be transferred very comfortably and will not come across any restrictions while travelling.
