The time reducing necessity for people search in emergency situations In modern life, can increase the effectiveness of rescue operations. With that end in view, using the modern technologies and measuring physical data, it is possible to create a system that can determine the coordinates and location (by direction-finding) of suffering people.

Proposes of the given project to create a complex system that will provide the task of direction finding and coordinates determining of radiation sources of radio frequency and sound signals:

•  In emergency situations, to organize operations to rescue people under rubble by cell phones;

• The determination of coordinates of a person's location by voice method. It will be carried out, as a result of monitoring by a drone, by a plurality of arrays of audio signal receivers.
