SHORT SUMMARY

On October 19-20, 2024, the Eurasian Cup in Kudo will be held in Yerevan at the "Mika" Sports Complex, with athletes from 18 countries participating. This tournament is being held in Armenia for the first time, and our entire team is preparing for it with great enthusiasm. The tournament is unique in its scale. Our ultimate goal is to organize a high-level tournament in Armenia and establish it as a traditional event.

IMPACT

The Eurasian Cup will provide invaluable experience for our athletes, the entire team, support staff, and volunteers. It will also contribute to the growth of tourism in Armenia and strengthen the position of the Kudo Federation of Armenia in the international sports arena.

PROBLEM

Time is running short; we need to organize a major international tournament in Yerevan.

The issue is urgent, as there is very little time left. By October 18, we must be ready to welcome our guests—around 400 athletes from 18 countries, along with their supporters. Our athletes are also preparing for this tournament with great enthusiasm. The necessary equipment and tools for the event must be secured in advance with payment. There are also other expenses that are essential for organizing a high-quality tournament.

SOLUTION

We will present any steps we take to implement each phase of the project through the work we complete.

For example, if we have the funds to order medals and trophies, we will do so and show that this phase of the campaign has been completed. I should also mention that the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports is providing us with the "Mika" Sports Complex free of charge. We will only pay for utilities and services.

The first phase involves signing contracts with all the organizations and making advance payments. An advance payment must be made for the rental of lighting and sound equipment. We will order approximately 95-100 medals and trophies.There will be advertising campaigns, as well as the printing of diplomas, ID cards, badges, and advertising panels. During the campaign, we will present the work accomplished by our stakeholders phase by phase, and of course, we will invite everyone to participate in this beautiful tournament at the end of the campaign.

TEAM

Our team consists of the staff of our federation, who work every day to ensure that this beautiful event on October 19 is conducted at the highest level.

We will also be involving young volunteers, including university students, especially those proficient in foreign languages. We believe this will have a very positive impact on our younger generation as well.

Thanks to the professional work of our federation’s team, we have numerous World and European Championship champions.

This is the result of years of hard work with our younger generation, cultivating a generation that benefits society. In recent years, we have had World and European champions, as well as second and third-place winners. It is because of these achievements that the International Kudo Federation agreed to hold the Eurasian Cup in Armenia.

The distribution of funds according to the implementation phases will be briefly presented during the campaign. All the items we procure will also be presented during the execution of the phases..
