We are launching “21st Century Survival Skills” — a continuous series of weekly, hands-on workshops.

Format:

• Every Saturday
• 3 hour sessions (14:00-17:00)
• Practical, interactive, applied learning

No passive lectures. Participants practice, not just listen.

Key topics include:

• Mindfulness & emotional regulation
• Growth mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Communication (storytelling, negotiation, conflict resolution)
• Financial literacy
• Physical & mental health
• Creative thinking & problem-solving
• Focus, information hygiene, purpose

Participants choose sessions and build their own “survival skillset” step by step.
