We are launching “21st Century Survival Skills” — a continuous series of weekly, hands-on workshops.

Format:

• Every Saturday
• 3 hour sessions (14:00-17:00)
• Practical, interactive, applied learning

No passive lectures. Participants practice, not just listen.

Key topics include:

1. Mindfulness & emotional regulation
2. Neuroplasticity
3. Growth mindset
4. Entrepreneurial thinking
5. Communication skills (storytelling, negotiation, conflict resolution)
6. Financial management nowadays
7. Physical & mental health
8. Critical thinking & problem-solving
9. Focus, information hygiene, purpose, etc.

Participants choose sessions and build their own “survival skillset” step by step.
