"Young Leaders School" is an educational project serving the youth of Echmiatsin Enlarged Community aged 14 and older.
Our aims are:
• Contribute to the formation of a competitive, knowledgeable, and patriotic citizen of RA,
• Create a platform for networking and mutual aid,
• Establish a solid foundation of values, skills, and knowledge necessary for student’s success.
The six-month certificate program consists of by-weekly meetings in the form of seminars, workshops and visits.
Professionals from various fields are invited as speakers, who in addition to sharing their experience and knowledge, become good connections for students, ready to contribute to their future activities as well.
The courses include: Leadership, Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Values and Culture, Effective Communication, Logic, Rhetoric, Human Rights, Ethics and Etiquette, Body Language, Technology and Innovation, Presentation Skills, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Fundamentals of Financial Literacy, Management Psychology, Public speaking, Diplomacy, etc.
If you are ready to support the project with your expertise, (and/ or connections), we will greatfully cooperate. The duration of the meetings are 1.5 hours (the courses take place in Etchmiatsin).
You can also sponsor the tuition fees, 144 000 AMD per student (for the whole course), thereby contributing to the building of a stable future of youth living in the regions.
OUR TEAM
Ani Hovhannisyan
Ani is the founder and main responsible of the project. She has received an MBA from the National Academy of Sciences, and is a graduate of the Leadership Shool of Yerevan. Strong and well-developed Armenia is Ani's biggest dream.
Tsoleen Sarian
Tsoleen is the executive director of DiasporArm NGO. She holds a master's degree in nonprofit management from Northeastern University in Boston. Realizing her dream, Tsoleen settled in Armenia in 2021.
Hovel Chenorhokian
French-Armenian public figure, businessman. He is the author-designer of the French Moog Paris watch brand and the director of the organization, as well as the founder of DiasporArm NGO, and a founding member of the Armenian Jewellers Association.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the reArmenia platform and advisor to the RA President David Akopyan spoke to the students about crisis management and the formation of smart teams. He also shared his extensive managerial experience at UN gained from working in crisis-stricken countries.

David Akobyan, Adviser to the State Minister of Artsakh Republic, a member of the Board of Trustees of the ReArmenia platform and a seasoned UN official, spoke to students at "ReGeneration" and the "Young Leaders School" about his experience in international management and managing crises. Mr. Akobyan stressed the importance to have the ability to manage crises effectively in today's rapidly changing world. This skill can help individuals and organizations navigate challenging situations and emerge stronger. Effective crisis management involves being able to identify potential crises, assess risks, and develop and implement successful crisis management plans.
Irina Pahlevanyan (Executive Director of the 4090 Charity Foundation, Co-owner and CEO of Indigami Child Development Center - ԻնդիգԱՄԻ Զարգացման Կենտրոն , Fundraising expert and consultant) introduced the students to the essential elements of leadership, as well as the necessary skills of a leader, and demonstrated the differences between a leader and a manager based on her own experience.
Armine Mkrtchyan, member of the board of trustees of the reArmenia cooperation platform and business transformation coach at MerakiPal, introduced the students of Young Leaders School to the nuances, values and principles of Agile Management․
During the meeting, the pace of progress in the world, changes in management over the decades and its directions were presented as well.
Armine Mkrtuchyan also explained the Dunning-Kruger effect and demonstrated the effectiveness of teamwork through group games.

As a result of cooperation with reArmenia, a seminar on freelancing and remote work was held at the Young Leaders School in Etchmiadzin. It was conducted by Lilit Abrahamyan, business consultant, senior project manager of the Israeli ActiveFence organization.
The speaker introduced the students to the nature and features of freelancing and remote work, as well as to the available opportunities.
