What problem are we solving?

One of the weakest aspects of the field of telecommunications in Armenia is the lack of specialists, as well as the lack of knowledge about the opportunities in the field. Telecommunication includes and is used in areas such as UAV systems, robotics, communication, defense, etc. The above-mentioned areas are especially important in the current situation of Armenia when we can have the opportunity to create our systems and devices with our human resources.

In general, indifference or little interest in science subjects from school age has reached the level that universities are not able to recruit students in a number of directions, including the telecommunications profession.

As a result, the telecommunications sector does not provide significant development due to the lack of required specialists.

Our goals

The goal of the project is to develop the field of telecommunications in Armenia, to raise awareness about the possibilities of this profession, to attract new students, and, in particular, by training new and qualified specialists thanks to the opportunities and advantages provided by the RAU.

To achieve this goal, state-of-the-art laboratories have been created and are being created, and professional lecturers from Armenia and abroad are included in the educational process to ensure the quality of education and to implement various projects.

Using the opportunities and connections provided by the university, students will receive modern education and experience, become competitive professionals and participate in the creation and implementation of a number of startups during their studies.

What do we need?

In regions, the interest in science subjects is at a very low level and it is difficult to raise it in traditional ways.

We are looking for cooperative young people in regions who:

• is ready to organize awareness-raising activities about the telecommunications profession in the Marzes,
• can help in organizing meetings and familiarization events together with our team,
• will become our ambassadors in their communities.
• can manage groups on social networks, and distribute informational materials.
