"Developing Education" is a charitable project that provides young people in region with the opportunity to:

  • Receive an education and training in the professions that are currently in high demand in the labor market.
  • Implement community development programs.
  • Develop both hard and soft skills.
  • Have access to new job prospects in the labor market.
  • Implement community-oriented business ideas.

The goal of the project is to train specialized young people in the regions, by providing quality, non-formal SMART education that prepares them for the modern world of digital development.

The project aims to:

  • Help with professional orientation.
  • Create equal opportunities for young people in the regions who are deprived of certain opportunities due to lack of information.
  • Help the realization of start up ideas in the regions.

The program is designed for young people between the ages of 15 and 25 who are interested in innovative ideas, volunteering, or self-learning, and who have ambitions and ideas that require mentorship and training for implementation.

Our goal is to build a community of young people with specialized skills in the regions, called #DIGIcommunity, which will be unique in its kind and contribute to the equal development of the regions.

Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop their professional skills in specific areas of interest.
  • Receive mentorship and support to help bring their ideas into life.
  • Connect with other like-minded individuals and form a community of innovators.
  • Contribute to the development of their region and the country as a whole.

We conducted a study with the participation of 1180 young people to identify the courses that are most relevant and interesting to them.

Based on the results, we have compiled a list of professions and courses that are most in demand among the young people, including:
  • Program management
  • Business management
  • Product design
  • Human resource management
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Machine learning
  • Graphic / website design
  • Leadership
  • Programming
  • Marketing
  • Sales

The team responsible for implementing the project consists of 5 people and 11 volunteers who reside in the region.

Our team requires the collaboration of specialists and experts who can spare some time to share their knowledge with young individuals.

The accelerator program is carried out in three stages.

Upon completion of the program, participants will:

  1. Study and practice a specific sub-branch of their field of specialization.
  2. Benefit from a structured and effective program, rather than receiving non-applicable information from vague video lessons.
  3. Have the opportunity to be paired with a mentor who will guide them in their training and accompany them through an internship.
  4. Become a graduate of the program and join the DIGI community, where they will be able to implement startup projects in their regions with the guidance of mentors and support from partnering companies.
  5. Collaborate with other participants from their region in the DIGI community, thereby never working alone.
  6. Attend regularly organized trainings in their region, where they can present their ideas during the ideation and receive valuable feedback.
