Bringing New Year Joy to kids in Martuni, Artsakh
Collaboration Needs
The 2nd war in Artsakh was devastating for all Armenians and especially the children living in Artsakh. Many of them lost their homes and loved ones.
Last year, immediately after the war, gifts were prepared for children in Artsakh’s Martuni region who had lost their homes or loved ones with the support of some companies and individuals.
Seeing the happiness the small gifts brought to the children last year, this year again we have decided to repeat the experience as a result of which 202 displaced children and 49 children who have lost a family member during the war will get presents from Santa.
The event is planned and organized by ArmActive Youth Center in cooperation with a group of altruist enthusiasts who came together during the 2nd Artsakh War, to support those in need.
To bring the project to life, we are looking for potential collaborators to support us to deliver 251 packages of presents to bring joy to the kids. As a result we make it public and give the opportunity to others to be involved in such a heartwarming initiative.
ArmActive - youth center is an NGO initiated and led by youth with the main aim to develop youngsters' competencies all around Armenia, through voluntary work and non-formal education.
This wonderful New Year's collaboration has ended…
Our children from the Martuni region received their gifts from Santa Claus.
The ArmActive Youth Center, the AYO! the platform of the Fund for Armenian Relief and a group of caring people united to implement this good collaboration by bringing happiness to our little ones who were severely affected by the war.
The AYO! platform of the Fund for Armenian Relief has joined the project as a partner and prepared many gifts for children.
