Collaboration Needs
For many years a group of enthusiasts gathered to support kids in different regions of Armenia and Artsakh for the New Year. In many regions, children are deprived of the chance of celebration and joy for the Holidays. The reasons for these are different: socio-economic difficulties, health, family, and other issues.
This year, 150 children will ring in the new year from a bed at Arabkir Medical Center, instead of at home with their families. The hospital serves people from all regions of Armenia, many of whom travel quite a distance from home for care.
For each child, we have foreseen presents with a 10$ overall price, which includes packaging and delivery by Santa to 150 children in Arabkir Medical center in Yerevan, which will bring joy and happiness to children.
The event is planned and organized by ArmActive Youth Center in cooperation with a group of altruist enthusiasts who came together during the 2nd Artsakh War, to support those in need.
Having done this for several years now, a group of individuals decided to make it public and give the opportunity to others to be involved in such a heartwarming initiative.
We are looking for potential partners to help give gifts and make the 150 children at Arabkir Medical Center happy.
ArmActive - youth center is an NGO initiated and led by youth with the main aim to develop youngsters' competencies all around Armenia, through voluntary work and non-formal education.
New collaboration! We have started to collaborate with the White Irbis climbing organization and their climber friends, who organize such an initiative every year. Thanks to this collaboration 108 children under the age of 15 received their gifts that made their childhood so joyous!
We have good news! Тhe AYO! platform of the Fund for Armenian Relief, which prepared gifts for children, has joined us.
