"Children in regions", is a socio-educational non-governmental organization, which creates a decentralized Network of cooperative leaders, and contributes to the balanced development of Armenia.

What kinds of collective partnerships have we formed?

Problem: The children of regions are partially separated from centralized areas and resources, which leads to the following problems:

• lack of information
• misconception about the real Homeland, because they don't have any interests and friends in different areas
• lack of informal education, contemporary knowledge, educational and leisure activities,
• low level of soft and hard skills,
• low level of technological resources,
• limited proficiency in foreign languages,
• lack of mentors,
• shortage or absence of personal and professional growth,
• absence of stimulating environment

Solution: The children of regions are

• Communicate and make friends with their peers from different regions and subcultures
• With the help of mentors, they acquire: knowledge, soft and hard skills, connections and other opportunities.
• Based on MEM ideas, we offer technical support in case of its need which contributes to their personal growth and the creation of online job.

The following activities are organized in the MEM: courses, tasks, webinars, foreign language clubs, ideological discussions, offline events(camps, seminars, anti forums, visiting regions), variety of volunteering opportunities (online and offline), creation and development business and social projects

Thus, patriotic leaders are formed in MEM, who have the necessary skills( which are in demand these days) and they are aimed at changing the world, beginning from themselves and their communities.

Requirements for becoming a member of MEM:

• Be 14 years old or older.
• Attend an offline event where the MEM was presented.
• Write to MEM's social media pages, expressing your interest in joining and learning more about MEM.

Note: In case of gathering new members from Artsakh, Javakhk and diaspora it is carried out with the assistance of trusted representatives.

How to become a MEM mentor:

• Fill in the application.
• Conduct interviews with corresponding questions.

Problem: A number of talented young people are deprived of rapid growth and therefore our economy does not benefit. One of the main problems of professional growth of young people is the absence or low level of computers.

Solution: The main goal of the MEM "Computer +" project is to find a solution to this problem by providing the active and the best regional young volunteers of the MEM NGO with devices.

Result: According to the statistics of 2021, 2022, and 2023, about 75.5% of young people were hired to work remotely or on-site, thereby contributing to the solution to the social-economic challenge and encouraging them to remain in regions and villages.
