LET'S START AT THE VERY BEGINNING…

Ashot and his fiancé Luiza have moved to the Mushkapat village in Artsakh in 2020. In order to prevent migration from the region, together they have decided to establish a TechnoSchool where young people will get new knowledge and become IT professionals.

They have established the "I" Educational Foundation and started to travel around the Artsakh communities by holding classes in the mobile laboratories. The team has been growing, as well as the number of young people interested in IT who did not want to leave Artsakh, and dreamed of getting an international-level technology education.

The solution:

  • to establish a TechnoSchool in one of the villages in Artsakh, and guarantee free tech education to children and youth,

  • to equip the school,

  • to form a team of IT professionals,

  • to buy a minibus that will be used to transport the TechnoSchool students from different communities.

The idea of building a TechnoSchool brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to Haghorti. The villagers have indicated their willingness to participate in the construction and renovation works, and those who currently live abroad support the project by donating.

At first it seemed that the idea was impossible to implement. However, after the project launch hundreds of Armenians united to bring a better future to the children and youth in Artsakh. And today the construction works have started.

Initially the TechnoSchool building served as a maternity hospital in the Haghorti village.

Later it became a kindergarten and an educational center for the rural children.

And when the MOONQ TechnoSchool students have founded their IT company called Start Systems, the head of the Haghorti village Nver Martirosyan has provided the administration building to them and moved his office to the current TechnoSchool building that temporarily serves as the Haghorti village administration

By the way, it is the second time Nver Martirosyan is moving his workplace, so that the children of Haghorti and the neighboring communities have the most comfortable building.

Today the TechnoSchool renovation works have already started.
