You will hardly find a musical school in every village, which serves not only the children of its village but also the children of 11 adjacent villages, giving them an opportunity to enter the world of art and reach great peaks in the field of music.

The musical school of Arevshat village of Ararat region has that feature, but unfortunately, the four classrooms are in bad condition, and the children are deprived of the opportunity to get the education of their dreams in good conditions.

The school has one of the most successful ensembles of national musical instruments in the region, which is always doing its best and represents Armenia in international competitions.

• There are no working toilets in the school building for 40 years now.
• There is no drinking water.
• The condition of electrical wires is a bit of a disaster, and it is impossible to use them for classroom heating.
• There is no heating system.

We have the following achievements within the “Come to the village, Life is here” charitable project so far:

• The concert hall was fully renovated and furnished, and several concerts and competitions were held in the renovated hall.
• 6 classrooms located next to the concert hall were also renovated.
• The electricity is supplied.
• Now there are clean toilets instead of non-working ones.
• The IT room is completely renovated, and now more than 70 children have an opportunity to learn basic programming for free.
• The solfeggio classroom is already in use.
• Thanks to the positive changes, parents started to trust us, and the number of students has increased by 50%, while only 83 students were attending the school last year. It inspires us to do more for the village and discover new talents.

Now it's time to join reArmenia's fundraiser to renovate the school's four classrooms and hallway, which will provide children with new and more comfortable classrooms, paving for them the way to big stages.
