Learning Mission is an educational program offering free online IT and English training to individuals affected by the war, displaced residents from Artsakh, and people living in border communities. The program is designed to address educational gaps, socio-psychological challenges, and limited employment opportunities, helping students develop professional skills aligned with labor market demands.

IMPACT

Over the past four years, Learning Mission has opened new doors for those seeking a fresh start through education and employment after the war. Our students include displaced residents from Artsakh, war veterans, and people from border communities.

More than 400 students have participated in our programs, and over 80 of them are now working in leading tech companies in Armenia and abroad as developers, QA engineers, support specialists, and other technology and language professionals.

PROBLEM

Access to education and technology remains a major challenge for residents of border communities and displaced people from Artsakh. Families affected by the war lack stable income and opportunities for growth, while veterans and their families are often left isolated, without access to quality education or professional development platforms.

SOLUTION

Learning Mission brings together education, care, and technology. We offer free professional IT and English courses designed to meet labor market demands. Courses are led by experienced professionals, providing both theoretical and practical knowledge. Each student receives a personal computer to ensure full engagement.

Beyond education, cultural and social workshops are organized to support psychological recovery, self-discovery, and the strengthening of community connections. This holistic approach opens the way for professional guidance, labor market integration, and social rehabilitation.

TEAM

The courses are led by experienced professionals who now work in leading IT companies. Many of them were once Learning Mission students themselves, and today they share their knowledge and experience with a new generation, combining theory with practice.
