Founded by the Tufenkian Foundation in 2002, F&C is committed to supporting the most vulnerable children and families across Armenia. Through our five key centres in Northern Armenia — Metsamor, Armavir, Ijevan, Noyemberyan, and Artik—we provide comprehensive services that touch over 550 lives each year. Our dedicated teams offer social work support, psychological services, and speech therapy to address immediate and long-term needs, empowering families to overcome challenges and build brighter futures.

We also run educational and cultural programs that nurture creativity and personal growth, including art, music, and theatre activities. Legal counselling and specialised training programmes equip children and parents with essential knowledge and skills to navigate life's complexities. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and create a nurturing environment where every child can realise their full potential.
