LET'S MAKE THE ISSUE OF ARTSAKH A COMMON ISSUE OF ARMENIANS AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

We have planned to prepare the documents recording the important episodes of the history of Artsakh, print the photos of historical and cultural values as posters (45 pieces) and perform a traveling exhibition in the important capitals of the world. In each country, the exhibition will be organized in cooperation with the local Armenian community, it will be accompanied by meetings and discussions with the local intelligentsia, and the organization of actions with the participation of the youth.

EFFECT

As a result, we will have political statements and decisions of heads of states, parliaments and governments, international organizations, which will refer to the right of self-determination of Artsakh Armenians, including the return to their homeland.

PROBLEM

The forced emigration of Artsakh Armenians from their historical homeland, their cradle, seems to have had no great consequences from the point of view of the international community. In terms of restoring human rights and historical justice, it is very important for the societies of different countries, decision-makers at the political level to be familiar with Artsakh's history and today's problems. At the same time, the unity of Armenians, the will to act with a united opinion and determination is important for the fair solution of the Artsakh problem.

Our salvation lies in Homeland-Diaspora unity. This is a new form of propaganda in order to have a significant impact on the opinion of the international community with united forces.

SOLUTION

We have planned to prepare the documents recording the important episodes of the history of Artsakh, to print the photos of historical and cultural values as posters and to perform a traveling exhibition first in Armenia and then also in the important capitals of the world. All 45 posters will have explanations in Armenian and foreign languages (English, French, Russian, German, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese). In each country, the exhibition will be organized in cooperation with the local Armenian community, it will be accompanied by meetings and discussions with the intelligentsia, and the organization of actions with the participation of the youth.

At the same time, an album including the posters of the exhibition and relevant explanations will be printed /in the official language of the given country/, which will be distributed among the intelligentsia and political decision-makers in the given country after the exhibition.

TEAM

Boris /Bakur/ Karapetyan - founding director of "Shushi Fortress City" BF, novelist, public speaker, painter, author of 48 books, documentaries and photo collections about Artsakh.

Atom Mkhitaryan - Dean of the International Scientific and Educational Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Head of the Pan-Armenian Programs Department of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia until 2014, an international expert in the field of education.

2. Translation of presented materials in 6 languages - 1,002,000.00 (needed 1,000,000)

3. Posters and album design - 500,000 (needed 0)

4. Printing of posters - 2,000,000 (needed 2,000,000)

5. Album printing - 5,000,000 (needed 4.000,000)

6. Exhibition in the capital of the given country - 3,000,000 (needed 3,000,000)

7. Visit of 2 people, 10 days each, 6 cities - 12,000,000 (needed 12,000,000)

8. Meetings with local authorities, intellectuals, decision-makers - 3,000,000 (needed 3,000,0000)

120 mln AMD (for the whole project)

* It is planned to organize a visit to the following capitals. Washington, Moscow, Paris, London, Beijing, Brussels.

If additional funds are available, the visits will continue to the capitals of other countries represented in the UN Security Council.
