The handsome young man depicted in the picture is 14-year-old Rafael Khachinyan from the village of Tsaghkavan, Tavush region. He was diagnosed with liver fibrosis and cirrhosis 2 months ago. Rafael's life can be saved through a liver transplant.

This operation is performed in Armenia by the specialists of the "Arabkir" medical complex together with Minsk colleagues. The total cost of the transplant is 19 million drams, of which the Armenian government provides 5 million drams, we need to collect another 14 million drams to be able to carry out Rafael's liver transplant in January 2023 and give this bright young man a chance to live.

Rafael's family is in a difficult social situation and this money is unaffordable for them.
